FEE: $150 for the first hour & $55/hr after that.


For those who prefer to plan the majority of an event on their own, but would like to have a professional direct and oversee for the day. Day-of coordination includes the following:

  • Attending and directing the rehearsal/ceremony
  • Coordinating all logistics
  • Vendor confirmation
  • Creation of an itinerary and timeline
  • Two meetings with clients prior to the event day
  • Coordinator on-site for entire duration of the event day

FEE: $850



For those who plan to leave an event in the hands of a professional. Lush Events will guide you through the entire planning process from menus, to venues. This is a full-service package.

Full coordination includes:

  • Unlimited consultations
  • Full theme development and implementation (including recommendations for décor design, favours, food, attire, flowers, stationary, etc.)
  • Full theme development
  • Budgeting and budget maintenance
  • Personalized and detailed schedules

  • Vendor meetings and scheduling
